**Production Manager**

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on new product developments, designing and developing equipment used in the process, and qualifying new materials and processes.

  • They will also assist with technical queries and decision-making and work closely with the production and QA teams to qualify new materials and processes.

  • Additionally, they will perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in electrical or industrial engineering, preferably with experience in the printing and card industry.

  • Good expertise in products, materials, and production processes, as well as strong knowledge of process and product development.

  • Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including operations, quality control, and maintenance staff.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
