Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Services Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in financial planning software.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining CRM data, generating reports, and supporting investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the broader business by compiling data and drafting letters and documents as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance in our CRM and Document Management tools.
  • Collaborate with advisors to identify appropriate investment strategies based on client needs and goals.
  • Conduct research on insurance products, financial concepts, superannuation retirement, and tax strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role in the financial planning industry.
  • Proficient in financial planning software such as AdviserLogic or XPlan, or similar tools.
  • Excellent numerical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Familiarity with Superannuation, Centrelink, and Investments in Australia.
