Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role

Are you a seasoned finance professional seeking a strategic and execution-heavy role? We are looking for a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on delivering insights that inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting foundations, hands-on NetSuite experience, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis, deliver comprehensive financial reports, and ensure accurate accounting data flows through NetSuite and related systems. Your work will directly support business growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Build and maintain operating models and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and make informed strategic decisions

Accounting Support (NetSuite)
  • Oversee timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Help optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies to improve efficiency

Operational Finance
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning to ensure liquidity
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and headcount utilization to inform business decisions

Reporting & Audit Support
  • Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support external audits and tax filings

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial operations
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building complex financial models

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification
  • Experience with budgeting tools and processes
