ABA Therapy Placement Specialist

At the forefront of operational support, we're seeking a highly organized Therapy Staffing Coordinator to bridge families with ABA therapists. As a dedicated extension of our teams, you'll bring expertise and drive to place professionals who share our passion for people-focused care.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a knack for balancing priorities. Our ideal candidate will have experience in staffing coordination, with a proven track record of connecting skilled candidates with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with families and ABA therapists to understand their needs and preferences.
- Managing job alerts via Smartsheet, posting openings on job boards, sharing opportunities with existing candidates, and making targeted calls to potential hires.
- Reviewing client notes carefully to ensure accurate therapist placements.
- Screening candidates for skills, professionalism, and personality fit.
- Providing weekly progress updates to the Director of Operations.
This is a remote working role requiring a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a reliable power backup solution.
