About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Print Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our print production processes.

You will develop and implement quality assurance strategies to prevent defects and failures, working closely with operations and suppliers to drive process improvements.

  • Create and maintain quality control guidelines and processes to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop standard QC reports for production and installations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in QA-QC and supply chain management roles in commercial print or Point-of-Sale industries.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to prevent defects and failures.
  2. Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality control processes.
  3. Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to quality control processes.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
