We are seeking a skilled Heat Press and Silkscreen Operator to join our production team at Dycorp Import Export Company, Inc.

**Responsibilities:

  • Operate heat press machines to apply designs onto garments, fabrics, and other materials, ensuring correct temperature, pressure, and placement for high-quality transfers.
  • Maintain heat press equipment and troubleshoot any machine or print quality issues that may arise.
  • Set up and prepare silk screen printing equipment for production, including mixing and applying inks according to job specifications.
  • Align screens accurately to maintain print consistency and clean and maintain screens, stencils, and printing stations.
  • Inspect printed materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency, adjusting machine settings as needed to optimize production.
  • Manage inventory of supplies such as inks, vinyl, and transfer sheets and follow safety protocols to maintain a clean work environment.

**Collaboration and Efficiency:

  • Work with designers and production managers to meet customer specifications and manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
