About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for determining and performing inspections on all procedures to maintain high standards in quality. You will review the quality of materials on site to ensure compliance with project requirements and coordinate with the Procurement Manager to set parameters and material requirements for the project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test materials to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Review and verify documentation before submission to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality control matters.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required. Preferably licensed and proficient in English and Filipino. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is necessary. Experience in fit-out or Architectural work is preferred. Willingness to relocate and start as soon as possible is essential.
