We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Prospecting Representative. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to launch a career in sales.
About the Role- As an Account Prospecting Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- You will plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects, communicate the value of our call center outsourcing and staffing solutions, and schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team.
- You will also log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- In addition, you will stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies and craft compelling narratives around our services to engage and convert prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through various channels.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Sales Outreach: Communicate the value of our services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Log interactions and maintain records.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around our services.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles.
- Experience working in state or federal programs is a plus.
