Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical treasury professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts, ensuring optimal liquidity and flagging variances or unusual movements.
  • Reconcile bank statements to the general ledger on a regular basis, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, working closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to project cash needs and availability.
  • Produce and distribute daily and weekly treasury dashboards, including cash position summaries, inflows/outflows, and burn rate analysis.
  • Liaise with banking partners regarding new account setups, wire transfers, documentation requirements, and resolving transaction issues.
  • Maintain documentation of treasury processes and ensure strong internal controls are followed for cash disbursements, transfers, and receipts.
  • Prepare and initiate ACH/wire transfers, record intercompany transactions, and ensure funds are allocated appropriately.
  • Prepare financial data and upload files for integration into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of bank data and journal entries.
  • Ensure treasury operations comply with US GAAP, internal audit guidelines, and industry-specific regulations, especially those applicable to healthcare.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline treasury workflows and support system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or treasury, with healthcare exposure preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare accounting standards.
  • Extensive experience using accounting software.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
