Treasury Specialist Role

As a Treasury Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for managing and optimizing our company's financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of payment processes and treasury functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Respond promptly to queries and ensure timely completion of tasks, escalating outstanding items to management as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to colleagues within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information in pertinent files.
  • Meet daily goals in a timely and efficient manner, elevating issues to management when required.
  • Support payments teams by establishing relationships with global banking partners for incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
  • Verify documentation and transaction details for accuracy.
  • Organize meetings, set agendas, and distribute minutes to facilitate communication.
  • Sustain communication between the Treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks on ad-hoc Treasury and Reporting projects.
  • Evaluate and adhere to policies and procedures regarding Anti-Money Laundering and internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Show diligence, organization, accuracy, and respect towards company resources and individuals.
  • Possess excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Fluency in English is required; practical examples are preferred.
  • Candidate must have prior experience in Customer Service/Business roles.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment related to Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland is essential.
