Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a Treasury Support Specialist role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners in relation to incoming and outgoing payment transactions.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all information pertaining to customers is retained within pertinent files. You will also be responsible for organizing Treasury meetings, setting agendas, and circulating minutes.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed daily in a timely and effective manner. You will also be required to escalate outstanding items to management as necessary.

You will work collaboratively with internal departments and counterparty banks on ad hoc Treasury and Reporting projects. Additionally, you will ensure that all policies and procedures regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Company's internal controls and policies pertaining to the Money Transfer services are adhered to at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues
  • Treat all company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity
  • Fluent in English, portraying practical examples
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role
  • Understanding of the Regulatory environment pertaining to the Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland
