Job Summary
- We're seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Support specialist to provide exceptional customer service via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Route callers to the appropriate department or team member
- Provide general information about our company, services, and processes when applicable
- Maintain accurate call logs and messages
- Follow established protocols and update internal directories as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows
- Represent the company with a warm and helpful demeanor in all communications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate our company structure and team functions
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote work environment
