Job Description

As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving strong search outcomes and championing the success of our customers. Your responsibilities will include delivering successful SEO/AEO programs, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with content creators to align SEO goals with content execution.

Key objectives for this role include improving organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives, auditing websites and recommending improvements for on-page SEO, and monitoring and analyzing SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

  • Deliver successful SEO/AEO programs for clients
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution
  • Audit websites and recommend improvements for on-page SEO
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years' experience in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing
  • Passionate about SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance
  • Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
  • Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experienced in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
  • Sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Previous experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Flexible approach to work, agile mindset
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ready to learn and be challenged
