Job Description

As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for contract and permanent roles across the United States. You will work closely with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit qualified candidates. Your own sourcing resources and tools will be utilized to identify the best healthcare professionals for our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently in a remote environment and are self-motivated. If you have a strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines, we want to hear from you.

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
