We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to lead our consolidated financial efforts and support our strategic growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple entities.
  • Collaborate with operating company controllers to close monthly books.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes for a fast-growing organization.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • A self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving policies.
Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to mergers and acquisitions and consolidation.
  • Background in acquisitive companies preferred.
