Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service/Administrative Support professional to join our team at Nityo Infotech.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Support the insurance operations team with tasks such as claims processing and policy administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
- Background in life and/or health insurance operations is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work onsite daily.
- Open to different shifts as required.
