Technical Drafter/BIM Modeler Position">

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient drafter to support architectural and engineering projects through precise drafting and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, layout plans, and BIM models using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout project lifecycle.
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and BIM protocols.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing.
  • Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360, Microsoft Teams, Zoho Projects).
