  • Cashiering Operations
    • Ensure compliance with established cashiering processes and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
    • Coordinate banking transactions, including credit card verification and cash sales deposits, in the absence of a store head.
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular store inventory checks, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or variances in a timely manner.
    • Provide actionable insights to ensure optimal stock levels, supporting business objectives and goals.
  • Store Operations
    • Implement daily operations according to the Nimbly checklist, guaranteeing efficient and productive work environments.
    • Report promptly on any store equipment issues or needed maintenance, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Candidates must hold at least a college degree or equivalent high school diploma.
  • Work Experience
    • Prior experience as a Cashier or similar role is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Applications, with excellent computer skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
    • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
