Key Business Application Developer Role

This is a critical opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization as a skilled business application developer.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for low-code automation and excellent data modeling skills, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient digital tools.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
  • Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications.
  • Ensure security, governance, and compliance in the application environment.
  • Document solutions and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts.
  • Support ongoing app enhancements and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and/or SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or custom connectors.
  • Background in automation and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
