Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design and deployment of our next-gen network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy BGP edge routers with advanced features such as RPKI/ROV, uRPF, Flowspec, and RTBH.
  • Engineer and implement IPoE BNG systems with per-sub QoS enforcement, DHCPv6-PD, and IPv6-first routing.
  • Integrate OLTs via ACS (GenieACS) and TR-069 with ZTP.
  • Implement an observability stack including Prometheus, Grafana, sFlow/NetFlow, and Alertmanager.
  • Design, test, and validate edge ACLs, scrubbing integration, and anomaly detection alerts.
  • Mentor junior engineers and develop runbooks and rollback procedures for remote hands.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ISP-grade routing/switching, preferably with FRR, VyOS, or OcNOS.
  • Mastery of BGP/OSPF, PPPoE/IPoE, uRPF, QoS, NAT, and AAA.
  • Working knowledge of Proxmox, Linux, and containerized monitoring.
  • Familiarity with optical fiber networks, OLT/ONU provisioning, and VLAN planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a rural setting.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Ansible/Git-based config deployment.
  • IPoE session scale validation using tools like iperf3 and TREX.
  • Scripting skills for automation using Python, shell, and REST API.
  • Experience with multicast, EVPN, or MPLS in SP environments.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires onsite/field work with remote ops enablement.
