Our organization seeks a seasoned Automation Expert to spearhead the optimization of our operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop automation strategies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automations that integrate n8n, Airtable, Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs (JIRA, Basecamp, and others).
  • Develop API integrations and automate data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards using Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations.
  • Streamline workflows by eliminating manual tasks through API connections with project management, CRM, and communication tools.
  • Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation is essential.
  • Proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration) is required.
  • Strong skills in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments are necessary.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations is expected.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Basecamp is desired.
Professional Background
  • A minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
