Job Overview

As the agency's leader, you are responsible for all business and financial operations, processes, team structure, and client strategic planning. Provide insights to guide the CEO with business analysis, budgeting, operational planning, options, and support for vision setting and strategic direction. You do this by maintaining effective relationships with all clients, overseeing research, projects, and ongoing client work, and participating in planning and driving strategy with guidance from specialists and strategists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Setting goals for growth and shareholder return and formulating plans to achieve them
  • Client Service: Nurturing client partnerships and working to retain top clients
  • Team Management: Growing the agency's team and ensuring key members are retained

Essential Functions

Requirements
  • Five years of marketing advertising agency experience on professional marketing accounts
  • Three years of related managerial experience in an agency setting (managing direct reports)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Social Media)
  • Ability to speak confidently to all client contacts about all agency services and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand a client's unique business dynamics and provide exceptional service
