Are you passionate about designing and building scalable cloud infrastructure? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues?

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our SaaS software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of our SaaS environment.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
  • Cloud Management: Manage cloud resources on Azure, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
  • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with our security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in major cloud service provider operations is required.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating consumer multi-tenant offerings is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization is required.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts) is essential.
  • Designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines is a must.
  • Templating and Configuration Languages for one or more of the following: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML, are required.
  • Powershell experience is necessary.
  • Ability to work rotational weekend shifts is required.
