Overview

We develop software that drives business success and inspires employee engagement. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design execution for current platforms while contributing to future innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design complex enterprise software with deep experience in regulated industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Testers.
  • Develop high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring visual design skills, a passion for emerging technologies, and exceptional communication skills.

Current Platforms
  • Lead UX and visual design execution for roadmap features.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to deliver high-quality on-time designs.
Future Innovation
  • Support the development of branded HR site templates and administrative tooling.
  • Deliver UX and visual designs that scale across employee-facing experiences.
Design System and Innovation
  • Contribute to the software design system by developing visual and interactive design components.
  • Participate in early-stage design explorations and concept prototyping for AI-driven innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing enterprise tools that support HR communications or employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with generative AI design patterns and emerging AI-driven user experiences.
