Job Title

We're seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts related to nexus reviews, permit applications, offboarding, tax settings, and new sales channels.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to build expertise in sales tax and communicate complex information clearly in English. You will work closely with clients and their sales tax accountants to resolve issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage changes to existing client accounts and communicate effectively to progress workflows.
  2. Support clients and their sales tax accountants with issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.
  3. Update and test sales tax settings on platforms.
  4. Support client offboarding, including permit closure and final paperwork.
  5. Serve as the first contact for support on nexus reviews, permits, and other tax-related issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory preferred.
  • Experience with project management, analysis, and research.
  • Positive references from past supervisors.
