About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our onboarding team as a Tax Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts related to nexus reviews, permit applications, offboarding, tax settings, and new sales channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory, as well as project management, analysis, and research. They should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.

You will be tasked with organizing transaction data, compiling nexus information, updating tax software, overseeing permit applications, and communicating with clients. We value attitude and potential over current knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing 70 client accounts
  • Completing 2-4 nexus reviews and 20-25 permit projects monthly
  • Achieving at least 80% completion rate on quarterly goals
  • Completing 3 hours of education or training quarterly
