Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical Sales Operations reports and dashboards. This requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interpret complex data systems and logic.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Sales Operations Manager and work closely with the sales operations team to analyze sales performance, optimize processes, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall sales efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Collaborate with the Global and Regional Sales Operations teams to effectively pull this data.
  • Dashboard and Report Development:
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders.
  • Data Quality and Integrity:
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
