Main Objectives:- Become a trusted advisor to key customers and develop strategic plans to drive their business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute category-growing initiatives and drive sales growth.
- Lead field execution teams to ensure excellent store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success.
- At least 2 years of experience in Key account management with a focus on supermarket chains.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in an agile environment with a growth mindset.
- Patient and willing to conduct heavy field work within the assigned area.
