We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager - IT Services to lead our testing efforts in the Banking and Finance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of test automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including risk assessments and test coverage analysis.
- Define and implement testing methodologies, processes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of test automation across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
- Must have experience in Banking and Finance industry.
