About the Role:

As a Culinary Operations Manager at Geordanson Foods Limited OPC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will oversee food preparation, staff supervision, and inventory management, maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants. Train new staff on kitchen procedures, food safety standards, and specific cooking techniques.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Oversee food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared correctly, consistently, and in line with our menu standards. Monitor portion control, presentation, and quality of dishes before they are sent to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels for food, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary ingredients and that supplies are ordered when running low.
