Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team and contribute to the company's strategic planning and decision-making process. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support long-term strategic planning and annual operating plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics, track performance against targets, and highlight areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably in a corporate finance or strategic planning environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and scenario analysis using Excel, financial planning software, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
