Job Description

Process Optimization Specialist Role: As a Process Optimization Analyst, you will play a pivotal management role in driving projects forward by leading teams of stakeholders and conducting in-depth analysis. This position requires gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to process owners to identify improvement opportunities by contextualizing and conceptualizing objectives and needs into established frameworks.
  2. Manage operational information of business areas, working with teams to leverage technology and enhance current processes.
  3. Facilitate process redesign workshops, provide training on tools and techniques, and document policies and procedures.
  4. Support executives responsible for client relationships on process optimization matters related to their lines of business.
  5. Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Proven knowledge of CI methodologies, BPR, ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and statistical analysis tools
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Full English language proficiency
