Highly Skilled Financial Services Professional Wanted

We seek an experienced Client Service Officer / Paraplanner to support our offshore team in providing premium financial advisory services.
This role is designed for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and build trust within the team to enhance client experiences through seamless and efficient support across client service and paraplanning tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end client service processes to ensure high-quality client experiences.
- Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents.
- Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
- Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Australian financial services regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building trust and long-term relationships within the team.
