Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide support in maintaining accurate and compliant records of client accounts. This involves interacting with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their financial transactions.

To be successful in this position, the candidate must possess excellent knowledge of financial operations and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. They should also have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 1-2 years of experience in an accounting firm. They should have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations and be able to provide guidance and advice to clients.

In addition to their technical skills, the candidate should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

Requirements
  • ACCA/ CA / CPA /CMA qualified or pursuing
  • 1-2 years of work experience in an accounting firm
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of client accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice to clients
  • Assist clients in understanding and meeting tax and compliance requirements to minimize risks
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including payables, receivables, and petty cash maintenance
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses
