Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in financial operations, data analysis, and process improvement.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the organization and management of workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured. You will also design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making, and work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR)
  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to build and work with financial/data models. You must also have excellent command of English (spoken and written), be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
