As a Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Account at Teleperformance, you'll be responsible for handling service support calls and promoting value-added services to various customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling service support calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Promoting and cross-selling value-added services to customers to meet their needs
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Basic web navigation skills to navigate our systems and tools
- Good communication skills in English to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Valid NBI clearance with at least 6 months to 1 year validity from the date of joining
