n8n Automation Specialist

Description

This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to contribute their expertise in maintaining and improving existing n8n workflows that power high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and debugging complex workflows using n8n.

The primary focus of this position will be on troubleshooting issues, refining existing workflows, and implementing new ones to enhance stability and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

In addition to technical skills, excellent written and spoken communication skills are required for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read and write JavaScript.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of n8n workflows and automation principles
  • Proficient in JavaScript and low-code/no-code logic
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
