About the Position:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Link. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration and Communication: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Brief Development: Create detailed briefs using our proprietary system, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting client expectations.
- Supplier Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Documentation Maintenance: Accurately record and maintain client documentation, transactions, and other relevant information.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to team goals and objectives by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to inform business strategies.
- Purchase Order Oversight: Oversee the entire purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supplier Integration: Successfully integrate new suppliers into our procurement processes, adhering to established protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
