Key Responsibilities
The role of a financial sales associate is multifaceted and involves interacting closely with clients to provide life insurance solutions. Working in tandem with branch sales and service teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
Main responsibilities include providing comprehensive life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients, working collaboratively with the branch sales and service teams to identify innovative product solutions that address client protection, savings, and investment needs.
You will also maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, assist the business center in achieving sales goals by generating leads, converting leads, acquiring new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and cross-selling products.
Daily tasks may involve preparing and reviewing monthly sales call plans, daily sales call reports, and client data to ensure accurate recording and action planning. You will conduct client calls, sales presentations, and other sales activities to meet sales targets.
Furthermore, you will develop new account relationships, deepen existing ones, and handle account maintenance tasks to boost account profitability. Ensure timely and expeditious handling of clients' financial needs and requirements, prepare and maintain documentary requirements for clients.
In addition, conduct market research, competitor analysis, telesales, and on-site product presentations to acquire new business. Promote referrals of MCBL products and services to existing and prospective clients.
Ensure compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as required by clients' risk profiles. Check and respond to daily email communications, attend meetings, trainings, conferences, and learning activities as required.
Adhere to HR System (Workday Employee Self Service) requirements and complete compliance trainings within deadlines. Review policies to provide quality customer experience, offering updates and financial advice to upsell, resell, cross-sell, or generate leads.
Offer post-sales service to clients, escalating complaints to relevant units in real-time. Facilitate collection via various payment methods. Plan leads with the Branch Manager to generate quality sales leads.
Requirements- Bachelor's/College Degree is required.
- Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred but those with sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, and IT industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
