Business Development Director
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive incremental revenue from existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Sales Directors, Customer Success Teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and aligned goals.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business development strategies.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Background in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles.
- Experience with flexible work timings and travel.
