Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Admin professional to join our organization.

  • The successful candidate will assist management and line managers in day-to-day administrative activities and HR operations.
  • They will maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies, write administrative and HR letters and emails, and ensure HR issues such as planning, recruitment, training, and disciplinary action are handled effectively.
  • Key responsibilities include employee counseling and grievance handling, ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health, resolving administrative problems, and following up on regional office rent, utility, and bill checking.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector, and possess excellent computer skills (MS Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).

  • They should have experience in areas such as General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
  • A self-motivated individual who is ready to travel to different parts of the country to conduct company's HR related activities, with a strong ability to work on a 24X7 recall roster.
  • The successful candidate must be hardworking, smart, and honest, with an MBA (Major HR/MIS) / LLB or any other discipline completed from a reputed university.
