Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to fill entry-level account prospecting roles. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects through various channels, including outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.

Your primary goal will be to plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects, communicate the value of our call center outsourcing and staffing solutions, schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment and may be largely sedentary. The role involves using a computer and telephone headset for extended periods, with occasional movement within the office. May require lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
