About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Civil & Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the construction and engineering industry, along with strong proficiency in Planswift and Bluebeam for measurement and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations for civil and infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and more.
  • Utilize Planswift and Bluebeam to provide detailed measurements, calculations, and reports.
  • Analyze civil and infrastructure drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
  • Closely collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project stays within budget and scope.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to track cost deviations and provide recommendations for cost management.
Requirements:
  • Prolonged experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil and infrastructure sectors of the construction and engineering industry.
  • Strong proficiency in using Planswift and Bluebeam for take-offs, measurements, and cost estimation.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, infrastructure systems, and construction processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex civil and infrastructure drawings and translate them into precise cost estimates.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
Benefits and Compensation
