As a core member of our finance team, you will handle key accounting responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter all supplier invoices into QuickBooks and/or Syncore
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions
  • Perform general clerical support and resolve accounting issues as assigned
