About the Role

Educational case managers play a pivotal role in supporting students and their families by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinating intakes with families/students, managing instructors, monitoring student progress, and providing top-notch customer support
  • Collaborating with Regional Operations to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
  • Providing virtual administrative assistance to Regional Operations, including responding to inquiries, maintaining daily business data, and scheduling sessions with students and teachers
  • Effectively managing class schedules to optimize staffing and meet company efficiency targets
  • Maintaining close surveillance over all students' academic progress to guarantee seamless program execution
  • Facilitating regular conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and focus on key objectives
  • Effective in both virtual and face-to-face communications
  • Proficient in using various communication media
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships
  • Team player with learning agility and ability to acquire new skills as needed
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
