Radiology Services Quality Assurance Officer

The Radiology Services Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality programs, following local and international radiologic standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Program Management – creates, implements, and reviews all quality related documents, programs, and activities as well as coordinate these with unit managers.
  • Equipment Support – manages equipment requisition to monitoring, oversees equipment from installation & calibration to maintenance.
  • Accreditation & Compliance – facilitates licensing applications, renewals and accreditation of services in Radiology as well as facilitates compliance to quality standards set by the department.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Educational Attainment: Graduate of Radiologic Technology or equivalent degree.

Work Experience: At least eight (8) years of quality-related work experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferably has obtained training on:

  • Training Course for Radiation Safety Officers
  • Radiation Safety Training
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness Training
