Safety & Quality Officer, Radiology ServicesThe Safety & Quality Officer, Radiology Services is responsible for implementing and monitoring the safety and quality programs of the department, following the hospital and department policies, and local and international radiologic standards. Job ResponsibilitiesSafety & Quality Management – creates, implements, and reviews all safety and quality related documents, programs, and activities as well as coordinate these with unit managers. Equipment Support – manages equipment requisition to monitoring, oversees equipment from installation & calibration to maintenance.

Accreditation & Compliance – facilitates licensing applications, renewals and accreditation of services in Radiology as well as facilitates compliance to quality standards set by the hospital. QualificationsMinimum Educational Attainment: Graduate of Radiologic TechnologyWork Experience: At least eight (8) years of safety and quality-related work experiencePreferably has obtained trainings on:Training Course for Radiation Safety Officers in a Medical X-ray FacilityRadiation Safety TrainingDangerous Goods Awareness TrainingContact UsPhone: local 3652Location: MMC Tower 3, 4th Flr.
