Role Overview

The Role of a Learning Program Developer involves designing and implementing training solutions to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop learner-focused materials, including training content and multimedia resources.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in training facilitation, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, digital tools, and adult learning principles.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation methods and metrics.
