Game Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Game Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging and interactive game experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design levels that meet project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop new content across all projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the level design team.
  • Review and revise levels with the level design team.
  • Tune levels based on analytics.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 1+ year of experience as a Level Designer or similar role in casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Proficiency in Unity 3D is required.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attentive to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working on Casual FTP Games.
