Campaign Deployment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Deployment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, ensuring their successful execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deploying CRM campaigns involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS), and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected (quality assurance).
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Ensuring adherence to a defined quality assurance process and timely deployment of CRM campaigns.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS); other channels a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
